This medicine contains the active ingredient ciclosporin which belongs to a group of medicines known as immunosuppressants. Ciclosporin affects the immune system by suppressing it and the body does not produce certain cells which cause the immune reaction. This medicine is prescribed after an organ transplant, bone marrow and stem cell transplantation to stop the body from rejecting them. It is also prescribed for the treatment of eye problems (endogenous uveitis and Behcet's uveitis), skin diseases (atopic dermatitis, or eczema and psoriasis), severe rheumatoid arthritis and a kidney disease (nephrotic syndrome).[...]

This medicine is available in form of a soft capsule.
You should take Ciclosporin exactly as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. The dose is determined according to your weight and condition.
Do not use more of it, do not use it more often, or do not use it for a longer time than your doctor instructed. Also, this medicine works best if there is a constant amount in the blood. To help keep this amount constant, do not miss any doses and take the medicine at the same time each day. Do not take two doses together if you miss a dose.
